The default berlinrc fontpath points to Type1 fonts
but when you haven't them the client programs aren't
properly displayed.
When Berlin starts and no fonts are found an exception
should be raised.

Doh, I've just realised this may be a dupe of
bug188...must search for dupes before recommending
filing of bugs on things ;|
It doesn't seem quite the same, since bug188
causes a crash - but this bug was first seen on
bsd, so perhaps its just being handled differently?

I've seen this behaviour in the GLDK anyways. It's
where we don't ever load a font, but try to set
character size anyways. That violates ft2's
preconditions and we hang in freetype.
We should be erroring out on startup if we can't
find any valid font anyways.

configure should setup a valid fontpath. Of course
Fresco shouldn't crash on a invalid fontpath, even
if configure dosen't do its job properly.
